card fraud and to guarantee the security of credit card
information, COINLAND.COM
requires duplicate verification of
all cardholder information. This includes the cardholder's
name, address and telephone number, exactly as listed with the
card issuer. If duplicate verification can not be obtained,
customers may be requested to submit (a)
a mail, fax or email copy of a credit card, credit card
statement, or driver's license, or (b) payment by
official bank check or US Postal Service money order.
All credit and debit card orders must include a minimum purchase
of $15.00 in merchandise (excluding tax and shipping fees).
Orders
submitted via the COINLAND.COM
online order form may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, American
Express or Discover only.
Orders submitted via
US mail, email, telephone or fax must be approved and confirmed in
advance of payment. Payment may be made by US Postal Service money
order, personal check, official bank check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express
or Discover. Personal checks require up to 10 business days
to clear prior to shipping.

Payment
submitted by mail must be received within 5 business days of
a mail, email, telephone or fax order. Orders unpaid after 5 business days will be automatically cancelled without prior
notice.
Any problem with an order, including missing or damaged items,
must be reported by email to
customerservice@coinland.com within 5 business days of receipt
of the order. Failure to report a problem of any kind within 5
business days of receipt of an order will constitute acceptance of
the order as received.
COINLAND.COM
reserves the right to refuse any order at any time.
Due to
current global considerations and events,
COINLAND.COM will not accept any
International orders at this time.
To ensure maximum safety and security, COINLAND.COM
will provide US Postal Service delivery for most customer
orders.
Insured delivery will be included for
all orders with merchandise of $25.00 or more. Orders with
merchandise of less than $25.00 will not be insured.
COINLAND.COM
will not be responsible for any losses incurred after a
package has been shipped. Losses include, but are not limited
to, natural disaster, theft, damage to items, lost items and
lost packages.
Customer orders with merchandise in excess of $500.00 will be
shipped FREE!

Customer orders will be shipped most often by US Priority
Mail, US Registered Mail or US First Class Mail. From time to
time, another form of mail service may be deemed appropriate
based upon the size, weight and value of a package.
COINLAND.COM
reserves the right to select
the shipping method best suited for each customer order.
Overnight FedEx or US Express Mail will be provided upon
request to previous customers in good standing only. Actual
shipping rates will be applied. Overnight FedEx or US Express
Mail will not be provided to first time customer orders.
COINLAND.COM will make
every effort to ship all stock items within 5 business days of
receipt of US funds. Shipping of backordered items may be
delayed.
Please
note:
All new US State Quarter and Presidential Dollar
releases are subject to US Mint delivery scheduling, which may
delay your order.
New
York state residents are required by law to pay 8.75% sales tax.
From
time to time
COINLAND.COM may
offer customers the ability to purchase products on a "pre-sale"
basis. This allows customers to lock in a high demand product at
a pre-determined price with guaranteed delivery upon
availability. Any order that includes a "pre-sale" purchase will
be charged at the time the order is placed, with shipping
generally expected within 30 days. COINLAND.COM
reserves the right to withhold shipping on any order that
includes a "pre-sale" purchase, so that the order is shipped in
its entirety. Customers should note that newly released US Mint
products sold on a "pre-sale" basis may be subject to US Mint
scheduling delays.
Any order submitted via the online order
form, US mail, email, telephone or fax may be cancelled by
a purchaser, prior to shipping, by email notification only.
COINLAND.COM
will refund the purchase price plus sales tax
and shipping & handling charge of a cancelled order originally
paid by check or money order, as long as an email cancellation
notice is received prior to shipping. A refund check or the
original check or money order will be mailed within 7 business
days of an email cancellation.
COINLAND.COM will
refund the purchase price plus sales tax and shipping & handling
charge, less a 10% restocking fee, of a cancelled order
originally paid by credit card, as long as an email cancellation
notice is received prior to shipping. Credit card reimbursement
will be issued within 7 business days of an email cancellation.
All shipped orders are subject to the
RETURNS policy outlined below.
COINLAND.COM provides
a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery on all certified slabbed coins, books and
products, subject to the following exceptions and conditions.
Coins sold in rolls or in US Mint bags, all
State Quarters and all Presidential Dollars and all circulated coins are sold "as is" and may
not be returned. Any coin that has been removed from a sealed
holder may not be returned.
Silver and Gold bullion coins are
subject to market price fluctuations and may not be returned.
All Silver and Gold bullion sales are final.

Membership in the
COINLAND.COM
CoinClub requires a one time purchase of any listed Enrollment
Package. Each new member will be required to create a username
and password to access his/her account. It is the sole
responsibility of the CoinClub member to Login to his/her
account prior to entering an order. CoinClub Bonus Points
will only be assigned to those orders that have been entered
after member Login. It is the sole responsibility of the
CoinClub member to make any changes to the name, billing
address, email address or password listed for a CoinClub
account.
CoinClub Bonus Points can not be
redeemed for cash. Purchases of Silver, Gold or Platinum bullion
coins and jewelry will not earn CoinClub Bonus Points.
Taxes and shipping fees will not earn CoinClub bonus points.
CoinClub bonus points will remain available in a customer
account for a period of 2 years from the issue date. If a
CoinClub account is inactive for a period of 2 years, all
accumulated bonus points will expire.
COINLAND.COM
reserves the right to close any CoinClub
account for any reason at any time, upon email or written
notification to a member. Bonus Points remaining in a
closed account will continue to be available for a period of 90
days after the date of closure and may be applied to purchases
only. Bonus Points remaining in a closed account after a period of
90 days from the date of closure will expire.
