COINLAND.COM requires the following customer related information to facilitate the efficient processing of online credit and debit card orders:

• Cardholder name

• Billing address

• Telephone number

• Email address

• Credit/Debit Card account number

• Credit/Debit Card expiration date

• Name of financial institution card issuer

• Telephone number of financial institution card issuer

• Opt-In or Opt-Out receipt of internal communications

The credit/debit card account number and expiration date, cardholder name, billing address and telephone number must ALL exactly match the same information listed with the card issuer. Credit/Debit card account information helps verify that a customer is over the age required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act for collection of personal information. Failure to provide exact matching information may result in a delay or cancellation of a customer order.
 
For the purposes of customer security, personal privacy and package insurance requirements, all orders must be shipped to the cardholder billing address only.
